By purchasing a ticket to, or otherwise attending, any event, program, or activity organized or hosted by OUTLAND Productions LLC (“OUTLAND”), the attendee (“Attendee”) acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:
- GRANT OF RIGHTS (MEDIA RELEASE)
The Attendee grants to OUTLAND Productions LLC, its agents, contractors, successors, and assigns, the irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide right and license to film, videotape, photograph, or otherwise record the Attendee’s image, voice, and likeness while on the premises or during the course of the Event.
The Attendee waives any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the use of the images/recordings in connection with the advertising, publicity, or marketing activities of OUTLAND.
- USE OF MEDIA FOR MARKETING
OUTLAND is authorized to use the captured photos, videos, audio recordings, and other likenesses of the Attendee, in whole or in part, for the purpose of promoting, advertising, publicizing, or marketing future OUTLAND events, services, and products, across any and all media channels now known or hereinafter developed (including, without limitation, social media, websites, print advertisements, and public displays).
- ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF LIKENESS
The Attendee understands and agrees that by entering the Event premises, they may be recorded, and that no compensation will be provided for the use of their image, voice, or likeness under this release.
ATTENDANCE AT THIS EVENT CONSTITUTES FULL ACCEPTANCE OF THIS MEDIA CONSENT AND DISCLAIMER.
